Virtual Design Consulting
Best for: clients who prefer a cost-effective alternative to full-service design and are willing to execute the project themselves with our professional guidance.

2. Curated design concept board(s) showcasing all products (inclusive of one set of revisions)
3. Shoppable links to all products sourced within designated budget
4. Assessment of existing furniture and inventory to be best utilized

6. 30-minute virtual follow-up call upon installation for styling support

For new-builds, renovations, or whole-home transformations, this option is great for clients who are needing support with making interior selections such as: tile, flooring, lighting, cabinetry, appliances, etc. Additionally, the client is seeking guidance with defining their design aesthetic, planning, and placement of furniture, and accessorizing their spaces in a visually-appealing yet functional manner.

Best for: clients who want a comprehensive, turnkey design experience. This service covers it all–from the initial inquiry, to design-concept, to installation. We handle every detail, creating intentional, functional interiors that best reflect your lifestyle and story.

- Completion of our Initial Design Questionnaire
- Design Consultation - to better understand lifestyle, budget, goals and aesthetic preferences, we will meet virtually or in person for an in-depth discussion of the logistics of your project.
- Concept and Vision Development - we create inspiration boards, color palettes, and high-level design concepts that reflect the look and feel of your future home based on our initial consultation. This stage helps set the tone for all selections and ensures your vision is clearly defined. During this stage, we also work to best understand the current pieces you own and wish to incorporate vs. donate or sell.
- Space Planning & Layout - working alongside your builder/architect, we review floor plans for flow, function, and furniture placement. This ensures every room feels intentional and best supports your daily lifestyle and routine.
- Selections & Specifications - from flooring, tile, and countertops, to lighting, hardware, and paint colors, we guide you through every material and finish selection. You’ll receive curated options that align with your style and budget.
- Coordination with Builder & Trades - we collaborate closely with your builder and any applicable contractors to communicate design decisions, provide specification sheets, and answer questions during construction. This keeps the build on track and ensures details aren’t overlooked (saving time and costly mistakes!) If you ever need reputable and vetted contractors, we are able to help with making suggestions to ensure the best fit.
- Furnishings & Décor - once construction is complete, we shift to furnishing your home — selecting furniture, rugs, window treatments, and décor pieces that complement the foundation we’ve created. We assist with all ordering, procurement, and storage of pieces until install. Depending on the level of customization and lead time, this stage might start sooner rather than later in the process.
- Installation & Styling - the final layer really brings your home to life! We help oversee all deliveries, installation, arrangement of furnishings, and support the styling of each space so it feels polished, cohesive, and move-in ready.

For clients seeking further clarity, inspiration, and overall direction for curating a cohesive paint color palette that will work harmoniously in their space.

It depends on the size and scope of work that is involved. A single room refresh may take 4–6 weeks, while larger remodels involving more layers or construction can take 3–6+ months. We will help to establish an estimated timeline after our initial design consultation.
We do not. While we can absolutely collaborate with your current or desired contractor(s), we can also recommend trusted trade professionals as-needed. One perk of our design process is the ability to coordinate among various vetted trades, negotiate project bids, and keep progress on track based on your desired timeline of completion.
It’s really important to us to gain a clear understanding of any existing pieces you’d like to incorporate or potentially incorporate into your new space. We work closely with the homeowner from the very beginning during the consultation phase to identify any pieces of sentimental value. We admire the opportunity to mix in old and new elements whenever we’re able to.
